Qwest DSL- Modem Problems

On occasion the DSL modem can lock up. All modem lights will appear to be correct however the modem will not actually pass any traffic. Fix: Remove the power cable from the back of the DSL modem and leave the modem powered down for about 60 seconds. After the time has elapsed simply power the modem back up and allow it to reconnect. It can take up to 5 minutes for the modem to fully reestablish the connection. If problems continue after you have completed this process please contact our Technical Support staff at your convenience.
