Installation instructions may vary depending on the operating system of your computer. Please choose the appropriate operating system.

Setting up your Wireless connection
(Important: Keep your Account Information sheet in a safe spot! You may need it at a later date.)


  • Click on the "Start" button located in the lower left-hand portion of your screen.

  • Select "Settings," and then "Control Panel."

  • Double-click the "Network" icon.

  • In the white box, you should see a "TCP/IP" protocol bound to your network card. Please click on it once to highlight it in blue. (Not the one bound to the "Dial-up Adapter")

  • Click the "Properties" button located below the white box.

  • Click on the "IP Address" tab located at the top of the new window.

  • Select “Specify an IP Address” by clicking on the white circle to the left. This should place a black dot in the circle.

  • In the "IP Address" field, please enter the IP Address given to you on your account information sheet.

  • In the "Subnet Mask" field, please enterin your Subnet Mask, which is located on your account information sheet.

  • Click on the "Gateway" tab locate on the top of the window.

  • In the "New gateway" field, please enter the gateway number given to you on your account information sheet.

  • Click the "Add" button located to the right of the "New gateway" field. This should transfer the number you just entered to the "Installed Gateways" field.

  • Click on the "DNS Configuration" tab located at the top of the window.

  • Click on the white circle next to "Enable DNS"

  • The "Host" field contains your computer's name. This name can be anything that you would like.

  • In the "Domain" field, enter "Wyoming.com"

  • In the "Domain Server Search Order" field, enter "199.190.151.1" and click on the "Add" button to the right. Now enter "199.190.151.2" and click the "Add" button to the right.

  • In the "Domain Suffix Search Order" field, enter "Wyoming.com" and then click on the "Add" button that is located directly to the right.

  • Click the "OK" button located at the bottom of the window. If you are prompted to restart the computer, please select "OK" and allow your computer to restart.
