Creating your connection (Important: Keep your Account Information sheet in a safe spot! You may need it at a later date.)
  • Click on the Start button on the toolbar.
  • Click on the Control Panel selection.
  • Double-click on the Network and Internet Connections icon.
  • Double-click on the Internet Options icon. If you can not find it contact Customer Service at 800-588-3304.

Internet Properties
On the Internet Properties screen, click on the "General" tab. In the section called "Home Page" enter the following address in place of what currently appears: http://www.Wyoming.com

  • Click on the "Connections" tab.
  • Under the connection section, click on the "Setup" button. The Internet Connection Wizard will start.

Internet Connection Wizard

  • Click on Connect to the Internet. Click on "Next."
  • Click on Setup my connection manually. Click on "Next"
  • Click on Connect using a dialup modem. Click on "Next."
  • Type in Wyoming.com for a connection name. Click on "Next."
  • Type in the local access phone number. If you are not sure what your local access number is, you can find a list here.
  • Type your user name and password. Type the password in again at Confirm password. Click on "Next"
  • Be sure to leave Turn on Internet Connection Firewall for this connection checked. Click on "Next"
  • Completing the New Connection Wizard. Click on Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop. Click on "Finish."
  • The Connect window should appear. Click on "Dial" to tell the computer to dialup to the internet.


Set Up Outlook Express

  • At the computer desktop, double-click on the Outlook Express icon.
  • Click on "Tools"
  • Click on "Accounts"
  • Click on the "Mail" tab at the top of the window.
  • Click on "Add"
  • Click on "Mail"
  • Your Name.
      Under Display name, enter your name (for example, John Doe).
  • Click on "Next"
  • Internet E-mail Address
    • E-mail address: userid@Wyoming.com (Please replace the word "userid" with the User ID provided to you.)
    • Click on "Next"
  • E-mail Server Names
    • My incoming mail server: POP3
    • Incoming mail(POP3 or IMAP) server: mail.Wyoming.com
    • Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.Wyoming.com
    • Click on "Next"
  • Internet Mail Logon
    • Select "Log on using:"
    • POP account name: Please enter the User ID provided to you.
    • Password: Please enter the password provided to you.
    • Click on "Next"
  • Friendly Name Internet mail account name: You may name your Internet mail account anything you want.
    • Click on "Next"
    • Click on "Finish"

Connecting to the Internet

  • Double click on the Internet Explorer icon (the big blue E).

Disconnecting from the Internet

  • Double click on the connection icon in your systray. The systray is normally located in the lower right hand corner of your screen next to the time clock. The connection icon looks like two computers with green lights, wired together.
  • Click on "disconnect".

Installation instructions may vary depending on the operating system of your computer. Please choose the appropriate operating system on the left.

  • Authentication type: PAP
  • DNS numbers: 199.190.151.1 and 206.54.112.1
  • Mail Protocol: POP3
  • Incoming and Outgoing mail servers: mail.Wyoming.com
