- Q. With the new interface how can I select multiple messages?
-
A.
To select multiple messages click on the
first message you wish to work with, and
hold the Ctrl key on your
keyboard down while you click to select any
additional messages you wish to work with.
- Q. How can I remove a message from the Inbox without having it display in the preview panel below the inbox?
- A.
By right-clicking a message in the Inbox,
you can select delete without opening the
message. The right-click menu also contains
many other features, such as Reply, Reply
All, and Flag for Follow-up.
- Q. The Webmail interface is loading extremely slow, how can I make it run faster?
- A.
Depending upon your connection type and
speed, you may want to switch to the Classic
Interface. This interface is less graphical
and will load much quicker, however some
of the advanced features are not available
in the Classic Mode. To switch to the Classic
Interface, select Options from
the navigation bar on the left side of the
screen, and then select Preferences. Near
the bottom of the page, you will see the
Interface option. Select “No,
use the Classic interface.”
